Xiaomi launched Mi 11 in China last month with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. It was the company’s first model to come with this chipset. Now, it is all set for its global launch on February 8, the same day when MIUI 12.5 will have a global debut. According to invites sent out by Xiaomi to several media outlets, the Mi 11 global launch will take place on February 8. Some rumors claim that the smartphone brand is also working on the Mi 11 Pro, which it could officially announce during the global launch event.
According to a report from Techradar, Xiaomi’s invite for the launch event mentions that the event will take place on February 8 at 1 PM CET (5:30 PM IST). The invite reportedly carries a link to Xiaomi’s official blog, though the company yet hasn’t announced the launch in the public domain. However, if the reports are true, then we will see Xiaomi launch both Mi 11 and MIUI 12.5 on February 8. The company may also make an announcement of Mi 11 Pro.
Speaking of the global launch event, the company has said that it’ll live stream the event on its official Facebook page.
