Realme X50 Pro Player Edition With Cooling System and 48MP Quad-Cameras Launched in China

Realme recently launched a gaming-centric Realme X50 Pro Player Edition smartphone on 25th May 2020 in China. It held a simultaneous event in India and unveiled Realme Watch and Smart TV. The phone has a 6.44-inch touchscreen display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor with 8 cores powers the phone coupled with 6GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 10 and is backed by a 4200mAh battery.

The smartphone comes with a new design, a 48MP Quad-camera setup, and some gaming-related upgrades. It is the upgraded version of the earlier X50 Pro and hence most of the hardware and specs remain the same. The new player edition comes with few modifications in design, cameras, and a new cooling system.

Realme X50 Pro Player Edition Features

The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition showcases a new design. It comes with a shiny 3D glass panel instead of the matte finish glass on Realme X50 Pro. The rear side of the phone is protected with a Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There is a minor downgrade to the camera though. It features a 48MP quad-camera array as compared to that of 64MP in the original X50 Pro. Also, the smartphone brings along a cooling system to keep a check on temperatures while gaming. The cooling system includes a vapor chamber and multi-layer graphene sheets on the inside and is coupled with Hyperboost 3.0 technology. Realme states that to offer enhanced gaming experience, the phone will allocate all chipset, memory, and battery resources accordingly.

In addition to a 6.44-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 4,200mAh battery pack, Realme provides 65W SuperDart fast-charging support and 5G connectivity.
