The Cupertino giant Apple has unveiled new iPhone models with 5G technology — the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. We also showed you the iPhone 12 leaks two days back. The company recently announced a total of four iPhone 12 models viz. iPhone 12, 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max. This launch featuring the 5 G technology ushers a new era for the iPhone world. The newly designed iPhone 12 series smartphones provide ‘the biggest jump’ in durability ever on iPhone, announces the company.
The 6.1-inch iPhone 12 and 5.4-inch iPhone 12 Mini feature an expansive edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR displays and a new Ceramic Shield front cover. These display features not just provide a more immersive viewing experience but also make the screen more durable and sturdy.
iPhone 12, 12 mini Specs and Features
The new 5G iPhones, the iPhone 12, and 12 mini are powered by the fastest Apple-designed A14 Bionic chip and runs iOS 14. Both the smartphones feature an advanced dual-camera system for high-quality video, and deliver new computational photography features in the iPhone. The devices offer high-powered wireless charging with MagSafe and a ‘new ecosystem’ of accessories that easily attach to the iPhone.
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini will be available in five colors of aluminum finishes: white, black, blue, green, and (PRODUCT)RED. The devices feature most 5G bands and hence offer the broad 5G coverage worldwide. They will be available in three storage options of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
Pricing and Availability
The iPhone 12 starts at ₹79,900, and the other device, i.e., iPhone 12 mini, its price begins at ₹69,900. Buyers can start pre-ordering the iPhone 12 from October 16, and the iPhone 12 mini from November 6. The devices will be available in stores a week after the pre-order date. iPhone 12 will be available in the stores on October 23 and the iPhone 12 mini beginning November 13.
