Step 1.
Open Google Playstore, search for “Instagram Profile Downloader”, and install the app with the maximum number of installs that comes at top. To save your time, just click here to install it.
Step 2.
Once you have installed the app, launch the app and enter the username or full name in the search box. Select the target account from the suggestions. Now you will see the full profile picture for that account available for a download.
