As the release date of FIFA 21 inches closer, EA SPORTS is working in full swing to build the hype surrounding the popular game. And like every year, one of the most hyped aspects of a FIFA release is FUT lineups. Specifically, FUT’s Ones To Watch.
As clubs across the world have started the 2020/21 football season, a lot of transfer activities have taken place. FUT’s Ones To Watch lineups, commonly referred to as OTWs, feature some of the biggest and most interesting moves of the transfer window. What’s more? The ratings of these players get updated whenever the player gets an upgrade during the season.
This makes OTWs the most sought after cards at the beginning of a FUT season, as the cards can be useful throughout the year. We will have two full FIFA 21 OTW lineups for this transfer window. The first is scheduled to release when the game drops on October 9th. The second team will be revealed on October 14th, before being released in the game on October 16th.
FIFA 21 OTW overview
With the release of FIFA 21 scheduled for October 9th, we already have almost all selected players. Here is a list of the nine confirmed players for the first FIFA 21 OTW lineup.

- Thiago – Liverpool (85 OVR)
- Timo Werner – Chelsea (85 OVR)
Surprisingly, seven out of the nine players revealed as part of this list are from the English Premier League. With such a one-sided selection in the lineup, we should expect the remaining additions to be from the rest of Europe’s top five leagues.
